Our client is seeking male candidates for general helper positions in Albania. The opportunities are suitable for candidates interested in factory work, warehouse operations, construction work and other general labour duties. The successful candidates will be expected to perform assigned tasks efficiently, follow workplace safety procedures and support daily operational activities.

The Job

We are seeking hardworking and physically fit General Helpers to support operations in factories, warehouses, construction sites and related work environments in Albania. Successful candidates will assist with routine manual tasks, maintain clean and organized work areas, handle materials as required and follow instructions from supervisors.

The opportunities are open to all nationalities, with the advertised general helper positions reserved for male candidates.

COMMISSION APPLIES

1. General labour and operational support

• Perform assigned manual tasks to support daily operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving and arranging materials where required.
• Support production, construction and other operational activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks within set timelines.

2. Factory and warehouse operations

• Assist with routine factory production and operational activities.
• Support the movement, handling, sorting and storage of goods.
• Maintain orderly workspaces and ensure materials are handled appropriately.
• Assist with stock arrangement and other warehouse duties as assigned.

3. Construction support

• Assist skilled workers with general construction tasks.
• Transport tools, materials and equipment within the worksite.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at construction sites.
• Observe site rules and follow instructions from site supervisors.

4. Workplace safety and housekeeping

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Use protective equipment as instructed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and free from unnecessary obstructions.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions or incidents to the relevant supervisor.

5. Teamwork and productivity

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline and a positive attitude.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Adapt to different tasks according to operational requirements.
