Key Deliverables

  • Conduct gender, social inclusion, and disability assessments.
  • Identify barriers to participation and recommend inclusive solutions.
  • Mainstream GESI and disability inclusion across project activities and processes.
  • Develop inclusion strategies, action plans, and practical tools.
  • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for staff and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of gender- and disability-sensitive monitoring frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen inclusive programming.

Professional Qualification

Industry Qualification
International Relations, Development, Humanitarian Management Degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a related field. Proven experience in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and disability inclusion. Experience conducting assessments, facilitating training, and developing inclusion strategies. Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills. Experience with donor-funded or development projects is an added advantage.
