Position summary

Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a qualified Gardener who will be stationed at the Ifakara Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned environment, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the grounds, maintaining office equipment, and providing general support to office staff.

Key Deliverables

The Gardener will be responsible for:

  • Regular cleaning of buildings to ensure they are always clean.
  • Removing waste and ensuring it is taken to the waste bin.
  • Providing general support to office staff as needed.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Attending administrative duties meetings.
