Garage Manager

• Plan and ensure that preventive maintenance of technical equipment is carried out according to standards: ▪ Forklifts, ▪ Trucks, ▪ Mini Loaders, ▪ Generators, ▪ Air Compressors, ▪ Mini Loaders, ▪ Trucks, ▪ Bucyrus Crane, ▪ Lawn Mowers, Fume Sprayers, and Brush Cutters, ▪ Baby Boy and Baby Girl Pushers, ▪ Excavator, ▪ Motorcycles, ▪ Water Pumps • Manage daily breakdowns and corrective actions on equipment under the garage's responsibility • Prepare work orders using the TAG software • Ensure that daily tasks, maintenance, and repair work are properly distributed to each garage employee • Close work orders in TAG • Record weekly • Record the hours or kilometers driven by the equipment located under the garage • Approve spare parts release forms and have them countersigned by the Technical Department before any parts leave the warehouse • Prepare spare parts orders • Monitor the quality of work performed by subordinates • Organize regular work meetings with technicians • Ensure that the team of technicians under their responsibility has all the appropriate tools to perform their tasks effectively • Submit regular technical reports to the Technical Director.
