The Future Pro– Guest Experience will support the Guest Experience Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality and operational support for VIPs, partners, and key stakeholders at BAL and NBA Africa events. Guest Support & Logistics
- Assist with the coordination of guest logistics, including travel, accommodation, transportation, and on-site support.
- Help manage guest registration, accreditation, and welcome processes.
- Support the preparation and distribution of guest materials (welcome packs, itineraries, tickets, etc.).
Event Operations
- Provide on-site support during BAL and NBA Africa events, ensuring guests receive timely assistance and information.
- Help set up and manage guest service areas, hospitality lounges, and VIP zones.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with other departments (Events, Security, Communications, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
- Attend internal meetings and contribute to planning discussions as needed.
- Assist in tracking guest-related tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Collect guest feedback and help prepare post-event reports.
- Document lessons learned and suggest improvements for future events.
- Support the Guest Experience Manager in maintaining accurate records and guest databases.
