Front Desk Operations:
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment by greeting guests courteously and professionally.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and conducive for hosting visitors.
- Provide daily report of all activities carried out on the operations.
Administrative Support:
- Supervise and double-check the cleanliness and setup of the MD’s office, conference room, and other key areas after cleaning.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and restock essential office supplies (e.g., cleaning items, tissue boxes, stationery).
- Maintain and update administrative records
- Preparing invoice and estimate , following up with clients and daily reports
- Provide general administrative assistance assigned by the Managing Director.
Customer Service:
- Provide accurate information to visitors, vendors, and callers.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
