Our client, a reputable logistics and warehousing company in Greece, is urgently seeking qualified and experienced Forklift Operators to join their operations team. Successful candidates will support daily warehouse functions involving loading, unloading, and transporting goods using forklifts and related equipment.

Key Deliverables

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within the logistics center. 
  • Load, unload, and transport materials across designated warehouse zones. 
  • Inspect forklift equipment regularly and report any mechanical issues. 
  • Follow warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures. 
  • Assist warehouse teams in meeting daily logistics and dispatch targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of materials handled when required. 

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Men aged 23 to 40 years old. 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a forklift operator. 
  • Valid and up to date forklift operation license. 
  • Ability to provide video proof of work, demonstrating forklift handling skills. 
  • Financially ready to cover the relocation cost 
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast paced warehouse environment. 
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety conscious. 


Special Benefits for this Position

  • 8hour workday, 5 days per week. 
  • Monthly salary of 800€ (≈123,000 KES) net for 40 working hours per week. 
  • Additional pay for overtime hours, compensated according to Greek labor regulations. 
  • Under longterm employment contracts, workers receive two bonus monthly salaries per year, equal to an extra 1600€ (≈246,000 KES). 
  • Free accommodation provided near the worksite in a furnished shared apartment (electricity & water included) with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues. 
  • Free public health insurance under the Greek state system. 
  • 1year renewable employment contract. 
  • Option to renew with the same employer or sign with a different employer in Greece. 
  • No time limit on future contracts, enabling longterm residence and employment in Greece.
