Flexo Printing Machine Operator at MSVL Group

To ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of the Flexo printing machine while meeting daily production targets, minimizing downtime and wastage, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

• Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 10 years

1. Shift Handover & Communication

• Ensure smooth and complete handover/takeover at every shift change.
• Review and discuss:
  • Shift planning sheets.
  • Ongoing, urgent, or pending jobs.
  • Internal/external customer complaints.
  • Major issues related to raw materials, board quality, or machine maintenance.
• Escalate any concerns or requirements to the line in-charge or manager promptly.

2. Machine Operation & Production Output

• Operate the Flexo printing machine efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure timely start-up of production and job setup within standard time and piece counts.
• Execute jobs as planned to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Control and reduce setup time, setting pieces, and production rejections.
• Accurately update the daily production report with: Output, Setup pieces, Machine downtime, Process rejections

3. Machine Maintenance & Health

Conduct daily inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of the machine.

Report breakdowns or abnormalities (e.g., missing parts, abnormal noise, leaks) immediately to the manager.

Ensure all preventive maintenance protocols are followed.

4. Product Quality Assurance

• Perform accurate job setup as per planning sheets, artwork, job cards, and master samples.
• Detect and correct issues in stereo and dies without delay.
• Provide timely solutions to internal and external product complaints.
• Monitor and control the use of raw materials and consumables to reduce waste.

5. Workplace Safety & 5S

• Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor according to 5S principles.
• Report any unsafe acts, near-miss incidents, or accidents immediately.
