Finance, Accounting And Assurance Services Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ICPAU, ACCA, CIMA).

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Must be a Ugandan citizen
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • Financial Reporting & Management Accounts 
    ● Financial Transactions & Compliance
    ● Audit & Annual Financial Statements
    ● Budgeting & Financial Planning
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management 
    ● Tax Management and Compliance 
    ● Other assigned duties Knowledge of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and financial risk management. Preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational or regional company.
  • Familiarity with fleet management financial systems like FleetWave.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or leasing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP financial principles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in process automation and system optimization.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of Uganda’s financial regulatory environment.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
