A leading property portfolio is seeking a highly skilled Leasing & Financial Coordinator to join its Commercial, Retail & Key Accounts Leasing team. Key Deliverables

  • Review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring financial and commercial accuracy
  • Manage lease escalations, annual increases, and compliance with lease terms
  • Support leasing audits and oversee lease administration processes
  • Monitor lease renewals, expiries, and outstanding agreements
  • Analyse tenant income statements and identify performance trends
  • Track turnover rentals and ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Work closely with credit control to monitor rental collections and arrears
  • Ensure accurate and timely arrears reporting and pre-billing checks
  • Act as a key support to the Leasing Manager and broader team
  • Coordinate across internal departments including Finance, Legal, and Property Management

 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Finance, Accounting And Assurance Services Matric certificate Minimum 5 years’ experience within the property industry (commercial, retail, or industrial) At least 3 years’ experience in accounting (budgeting and forecasting) At least 3 years’ experience in office administration Strong working knowledge of MDA and/or MRI systems
