We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Officer to support the growth of our retail supermarket business.
The ideal candidate will drive sales through direct marketing activities, customer engagement, market outreach, and relationship management within the surrounding community and target market areas.

Promote supermarket products, offers, and services to customers and nearby businesses.
Conduct field marketing and sales campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.
Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat patronage.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Support promotional events, activations, and awareness campaigns.
Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Represent the supermarket professionally in all customer interactions.

Industry	Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail	B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, or retail business development. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good knowledge of Lagos retail market environment is an added advantage. Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
