- Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards.

| Education / Teaching | Minimum academic qualification: B.Ed in Primary Education Studies or a B.Sc./B.A./HND with a PGDE from a reputable institution Minimum of three (3) years post-graduation experience teaching in a structured primary school environment Must be resident in Ibadan, and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Jericho, Ibadan TRCN certification is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a disciplined, respectful and focused learning environment Proven excellence in teaching core subjects—English, Mathematics, and Science—alongside the ability to effectively deliver a broad range of primary-level subjects, tailored to meet diverse learner needs Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email, with confident application in day-to-day teaching and administration Ability to adopt and model the school’s handwriting scheme, demonstrating clear, legible, and consistent writing Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Highly organised, with the ability to plan, deliver, and maintain well-structured lessons and create high-quality classroom displays Maintains consistently high expectations for pupil behaviour, academic progress, and overall achievement Demonstrates a solid understanding of assessment methods, learner tracking systems, and providing effective feedback Clear knowledge of safeguarding procedures, with a commitment to upholding best practices in pupil welfare and protection Well-versed in effective teaching methodologies, and committed to continuous professional development and improvement A genuine passion for teaching and pupil development |
