Description

  • We are hiring for a facility officer, at least one year experience in the role, we are willing to train the shortlisted candidate.
  • Candidates must also be available to resume immediately if selected and reside within the environment of Sangotedo / Abijo axis.

Key Deliverables

  • Respond to tenants’ inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
  • Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
  • Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
  • Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
  • Experience in facility or property management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Resides in or close to Sangotedo (preferred).
