Support Operations:
- Aid in maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and medical equipment. Help implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Space Coordination:
- Work with department heads to assist in optimizing facility space and managing minor renovations or adjustments.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Helped develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans; participated in drills and training sessions for staff on emergency procedures.
Assistance in Budgeting:
- Support the management of the facility budget, monitor daily expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate the implementation of health and safety programs within the facility.
Team Support:
- Collaborate with the facility management team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
