Key Deliverables

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance, repairs, and operations of company facilities.
  • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for facility management projects.
  • Monitor and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities, tender documents, and facility-related contracts.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, budgets, and cost analysis.
  • Provide technical and financial advice on facility upgrades and renovations.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Report to senior management on facility performance and budget utilization.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in facility management with a strong background in quantity surveying.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Strong multitasking ability with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIQS, IFMA) is an added advantage.
