Facilities technician Attachee at Cranford Resource Group Limited

The Facilities Technician Attachee will support the facilities team in maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and equipment. This includes assisting in routine maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, and ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.

• Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
• Experience Level : No Experience
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

• Assist to Coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure they provide us with the necessary support that would result to effective and efficient provision of services in regards to the plant & Equipment, Electrical Installations and Infrastructure.
• Assist to Liaise with contractor handling water testing and water levels in boreholes to ensure that they are in line with the Health & Safety and Statutory requirements 
• Assist to Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Assist to Follow up on maintenance and repairs schedules (power, access control, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure optimal provision of services and mitigate any potential risks and hazards
• Assist in Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors and suppliers.
• Follow up to ensure that emergency matters are handled adequately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up to ensure that safety and Health standards are adhered to through training of First Ad and Fire Marshalls and continuous monitoring and evaluation of the same
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant & Equipment, Electrical Installations and Infrastructure where applicable
• Follow up to ensure that proper waste management mechanisms are in place.
