  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Procurement and Sales Executive to manage international sourcing and global sales of musical instruments.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, export documentation, international client management, and driving overseas sales growth while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Deliverables

Export Procurement:

  • Source musical instruments and accessories from local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with agreed specifications.
  • Coordinate logistics, freight forwarding, and shipment schedules.
  • Manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, COO, and customs requirements.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new international markets and export customers.
  • Manage relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Prepare export quotations, sales contracts, and proforma invoices.
  • Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research on global trends in musical instruments and sound equipment.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Track orders from procurement through delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales, procurement, and shipment records.
  • Resolve customer complaints, shipment delays, or quality issues.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in export sales, procurement, or international trade. Experience in musical instruments, audio equipment, or consumer electronics is an added advantage. Strong negotiation and international sales skills. Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
