The recruiting company is a recognized entity in the fields of Tax Expertise and Assistance (which represents the largest share of hourly charges), Accounting Expertise and Assistance, as well as Auditing and Statutory Auditing.

It has offices in Kinshasa and throughout the country.

Job Location: The Executive Secretary will be based in Kinshasa .

2. Job Description and Responsibilities

The role of Executive Assistant is a key position providing high-level administrative and organizational support. The incumbent will be the true right-hand person to one or more senior managers.

They are responsible for preparing and supporting the activities of the executive team.

Key Deliverables

  • Correspondence management, including the receipt, processing, and distribution of mail and telephone communications.
  • Document management and filing.
  • Contributing to the organization of the hierarchical superior's actions, managing the agenda and priorities.
  • Preparation and drafting of administrative letters and all professional correspondence.
  • Data entry and formatting of documents and reports provided by technical staff (accountants and auditors).
  • Processing of specialized documents related to the firm's core activities (accounting, tax and auditing expertise):

Confidentiality and Strategy:

  • The Executive Secretary must understand the core business and strategies of the company and manage confidential information with absolute discretion.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Office/Technical Skills : Advanced mastery of office tools (Microsoft Office suite of applications) for the rapid entry and formatting of complex documents (financial and tax reports).
  • Writing Skills : Excellent ability to write, summarize and correct professional texts (administrative and technical) with clarity and precision.
  • Professionalism and Rigor : Keen attention to detail, essential for the production of deliverables, the quality of which is a priority for the Firm.
  • Organization and Initiative : Ability to manage management's priorities and agenda, and to take initiatives for professional development in this evolving role.
  • Discretion : Obligation to manage information related to client files (audit, taxation) with the utmost confidentiality.

Knowledge of English will be an asset.
