The Role

We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. You'll run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with major enterprise accounts, selling digital identity and KYC solutions into financial services and fintech. A senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO.  This role can be based in either Kenya or the UAE.

Key Deliverables

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close on 6-figure deals
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships across compliance, risk, and digital transformation
  • Manage a clean pipeline and forecast accurately

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or financial services
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with existing relationships across financial services and fintech
  • Clear, credible communicator at C-suite level
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously
