Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute Huawei partner sales expansion strategies to rapidly scale channel business and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate across regions to support partner development and management, establishing long-term partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on channel ecosystems and product portfolios of key competitors , formulating differentiated competition strategies.
  • Optimize existing channel policies and incentive mechanisms to enhance partner loyalty and sales effectiveness.
  • Organize regular channel training and enablement programs to communicate Huawei's product values and solution advantages.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence to provide decision support for product iteration and strategic adjustments.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Bachelor degree 3-5+ years channel sales/management experience, preferably with background in Enterprise or security/network equipment suppliers. Deep understanding of mainstream ICT channel models (distribution, agency, SI/VAR) with proven success in multinational partnership development. Strong competitive analysis capability to articulate Huawei's differentiated advantages in technology, pricing, and service offerings. Willingness for frequent international travel (50%+), with cross-cultural collaboration skills and resilience in high-pressure environments.
