  • The successful candidates will be responsible for sending outreach emails to prospective clients, following up on responses and maintaining professional communication with leads.

Key Deliverables

  • Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using the provided contact lists. 
  • Respond to email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. 
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary. 
  • Keep records of sent emails, responses and client interactions. 
  • Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships. 
  • Ensure all communication reflects the company\'s brand and professionalism. 
  • Assist in organising and updating email databases and contact lists. 
  • Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness. 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Strong with written communication and interpersonal skills. Professional email etiquette and attention to detail. Good organisational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email platforms. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. Must be willing to work full-time from the office.
