- Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding sequences, and drip campaigns
- Automation and CRM Management: Develop and manage automated email workflows such as lead nurturing, customer journeys, and re-engagement campaigns using CRM and email marketing tools
- Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement to deliver highly personalized and targeted campaigns
- Copywriting and Content Development: Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize performance and improve open and click-through rates
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and conversions, using insights to continuously improve results
- Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader business goals and campaigns
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation
