You’ll will be working closely with the CEO, embedded at the heart of the organisation’s decision-making engine. Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

We’re looking for exceptional emerging leaders (ideally 26–32 years), with:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Law, Finance, or Investments
  • 5–8 years of work experience, preferably in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or professional environments
  • A sharp intellect, high EQ, and unwavering resilience
  • A track record of excellence and ownership under pressure
