Key Deliverables

  • Transporting people and equipment to ensure that people and equipment arrive safely and on time at the intended locations,
  • Ensuring passenger safety,
  • Ensuring the proper condition and maintenance of vehicles in order to minimize the risk of breakdowns and keep the vehicle in good condition and clean,
  • Ensure that repairs are carried out in accordance with the estimate in the event of an accident so that the vehicle can be made available on time.
  • Ensure that all documents or documentation related to the vehicle comply with the law, internal procedures, etc., so that the vehicle is used within the framework of existing regulations, and that problems in the event of an accident, police check, etc., are avoided.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are in order for the vehicle to be driven.
  • Fill out the logbook correctly,
  • To ensure the delivery, collection and receipt of mail, correspondence and parcels in order to allow for the rapid and efficient transmission of information or materials,
  • Helping with small tasks (replacing lamps, packing parcels, internal furniture relocation, loading photocopiers, water fountains, loading and deliveries…) in order to help colleagues in carrying out tasks.

Essential Qualities

  • Nationality: Democratic Republic of Congo,
  • State diploma, diploma in automotive mechanics or a BAC + 3 (Bachelor's degree + 3 years of study),
  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar role,
  • Capable of traveling in difficult areas, including by motorcycle.
  • Valid driver's license,
  • Strong listening and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work in a team and a multicultural environment,
  • Good level of spoken and written French.
