MGK is a company that operates in the field of transport, rental and vehicle management, providing opportunities for people who are willing to work and develop themselves through the Gupatana program.

1. DRIVERS WHO WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN CAR RENTAL AND MARKETING VOLUNTEERING 

MGK is looking for drivers who are willing to join the Gupatana program, where a qualified candidate can be provided with a vehicle to use in the transport sector, in accordance with MGK's contracts and regulations. Or you can volunteer in the transport profession (volunteers)

Driver requirements

The candidate must:

• Possession of a valid driver's license, preferably category B or C.
• Being a good driver and having driving experience.
• Being familiar with the roads and different areas of Kigali.
• Being an honest, trustworthy and responsible person.
• Be willing to adhere to the work and payment schedule as per the contract.
• Comply with MGK regulations regarding the use, maintenance and care of vehicles.
• Being able to communicate well with customers and provide good service.
• Be prepared to provide the documents and information requested at the time of application.

OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN

Qualified drivers can join the Gupatana program, starting with a deposit of 1,000,000 RWF, subject to the terms and conditions of the MGK agreement.

The program aims to provide the driver with the opportunity to use the vehicle in a planned manner, provide transportation and earn money, while moving closer to the goal of owning their own vehicle, in accordance with the agreement they enter into with MGK.

Note: The security deposit, payment method, contract period and other requirements will be clearly explained to qualified candidates before the start of the program.
