• The Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts used in construction, engineering, and manufacturing projects.
• The role involves converting design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications and calculations.
• Use AutoCAD or other CAD software to create and modify drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and diagrams.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
• Check drawings for accuracy, measurements, and material specifications.
• Support project teams during design and construction phases.
