Job Description

Responsibilities: Under the authority of the Administrative Coordinator, and in close collaboration with the Technical Director: Customer-related responsibilities: Preparing and sending standard quotes to clients, monitoring client equipment and its cataloging, receiving service requests, and following up on customer complaints. Technical intervention follow-up responsibilities: Scheduling technician visits to client sites, daily monitoring of technicians and the progress of their schedules (via telephone), processing and recording technician intervention reports, and monitoring technician supplies (tools and equipment). Inventory management responsibilities: Processing daily movement slips (issue slips, return slips), processing inventory lists, and ensuring the follow-up of inter-branch equipment transfers.

Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Professional skills and qualities: Required training and knowledge: • Advanced language skills (reading, writing, speaking): French, English, • Good written and verbal communication skills • Planning and organization, • Autonomy, • Customer contact and interpersonal skills, • Honesty, • Integrity. Required level: engineering degree, graduate degree or bachelor's degree (technical, administration, management, logistics, commercial, etc.) Required training and qualifications: • Entry-level professional experience accepted (internships recommended), • Knowledge of computer software (office or other), ease in handling the computer.
