Key Deliverables

  • Deliver Orders: Transport food and drinks quickly and safely to customer locations.
  • Maintain Food Quality: Handle insulated delivery bags properly to keep meals at the right temperature and prevent spills.
  • Handle Payments: Collect cash or verify digital payments upon delivery when required.
  • Bike Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery motorcycle, including fuel, tires, and brakes.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers politely and represent the restaurant professionally.
  • Follow Traffic Rules: Obey all local road safety laws and traffic regulations.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
  • License: A valid rider's permit and a clean motorcycle driver's license.
  • Experience: Previous delivery experience, preferably within local city roads and traffic patterns.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of local routes, basic smartphone GPS usage, and time management.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, punctual, polite, and reliable.
