Role Purpose

  • To create, optimize, configure, implement, and maintain automated procedures while providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to enhance processes and drive business efficiency through
  • To assist in technical requirements and analysis of automation of processes used in the Wellness business.
  • To assist IT Helpdesk with end-user support
  • To test new features and enhancements
  • Understand our business / client and the client journey / experience
  • Assist Product Owner in day-to-day tasks and requirement gathering and analysis
  • Assist with user and client journey mapping
  • Prepare wireframes
  • Project manage special projects in our team
  • Measure our deliverables via sprints and sprint planning

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Specific understanding of operational processes within the Wellness business, including case management, call center operations, and membership management, and Occupational Healthcare, to effectively support operational requirements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into wireframes
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data analysis, and report generation, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation.
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality business operation and technical support to maintain organizational processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Apply innovative/creative thinking by identifying gaps, proposing solutions/enhancements, and presenting them to maximize process efficiency.
  • Assist and collaborate with stakeholders to address development requirements to ensure excellent service delivery in all the Workplace Wellness workstreams, as per agreed-upon standards.
  • Provide technical assistance to QA, Care Centre, OH and CRM team, offering expertise and support as needed
  • Ensuring effective delivery of integrated health programs and workflows through the management of relationships with strategic various stakeholders.
  • Identify system shortcomings and make recommendations to improve service delivery
  • Contribute to a positive culture that prioritises relationships, feedback, and exceptional client
  • Assist the team with the client query processes, tracking and resolving queries accurately, and utilising them as opportunities for improvement.
