Key Deliverables

1. Digital communication strategy

  • Define and implement the digital communication strategy.
  • Develop an editorial calendar for social media, newsletters and the website.
  • Ensure brand image consistency across all digital media.
  • Implement digital campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, partnerships…).

2. Website administration and management

  • Manage site content (texts, images, videos, products, events…).
  • Update the pages regularly 
  • Provide basic maintenance and coordinate technical developments with developers.
  • Optimize the site for natural referencing (on-page SEO).

3. Analysis and reporting

  • Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite...
  • Produce monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Propose improvements based on the data collected.

4. Social media and community management

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Respond to comments/messages, create interaction.
  • Create or oversee the creation of engaging content (texts, visuals, videos).

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree (3 or 2 years of higher education) in digital communication, marketing or computer science.
  • Proficiency in web tools such as Google Analytics, design tools (Canva, Adobe), and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills in French (and English if necessary).
  • Sense of organization, autonomy, creativity.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or technical website management = a real plus.

LANGUAGES :

  • French: fluent
  • English: Intermediate to advanced (preferred)

Skills mastered (desired):

  • Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp / Brevo
  • SEO and HTML/CSS basics
