- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to promote vehicle sales, services, and dealership events.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including videos, blogs, and social media posts tailored to the company audiences.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize the company website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings and manage paid search campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the brand’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on community engagement and customer interaction.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Collect and analyze customer data from various events and give periodic reports, at least monthly.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, service reminders, and customer retention.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, customer behavior, and industry trends to inform digital tactics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle sales and after-sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Events & Campaigns: Ensure the company participates in strategic events when maximum ROI will be realized. Make proposals for marketing initiatives in time, and plan for events ahead of time.
