- Plan, organise and assist with the preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Support the smooth execution of all services, working efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Contribute to effective kitchen operations through strong teamwork and clear communication.
- Take initiative to develop culinary skills, particularly within breakfast and early service operations.

Self-motivated and able to work independently when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. |
