Pawa IT Solutions seeks a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to power our marketing engine. Your core mission is to generate qualified demand across our advanced technology solutions (Google Workspace, GCP, AI Solutions, Kandji MDM, Chromebooks) using strategic SEO, Email Marketing, and Online Advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that enable our sales team to build a robust pipeline, and you'll work closely with our Marketing Associate to support and amplify our company's brand-building initiatives.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive demand generation strategies across various digital channels, primarily focusing on SEO, Email Marketing, and Online Advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Execute targeted campaigns designed to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for Pawa IT's specific technology solutions portfolio (Google Workspace, GCP, AI, Kandji, Chromebooks).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics (CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates), and ROI, using data insights to continuously optimize tactics and budget allocation.
  • Manage the demand nurturing process through email marketing workflows and potentially marketing automation tools to qualify leads further down the funnel.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO), and manage link-building strategies where appropriate.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including targeting, bidding, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth MQL handoff process, understand lead quality requirements, and gather feedback for campaign refinement.
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing Associate to ensure demand generation activities align with and support broader brand-building initiatives and content marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, demand generation, and the B2B technology landscape.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a demand generation or digital marketing role, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully generating MQLs and contributing to sales pipeline growth using SEO, Email Marketing, and Paid Digital Advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot) and ideally marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Salesforce) and lead management processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and email content.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and testing new demand generation opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, AI concepts, or MDM solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
