The role is expected to aid effective record keeping and maintenance of data that supports effective running of the company.

Master data maintenance in DMS. This includes: 

Provide support to all Van Salesmen and act as the point-of-contact between the Distributor and DMS Support Desk.

• Ensure Z-reports are printed from the fiscal printers at end-of-Day.
• Posting Back Office sales when need arises.
• Perform Route Settlement at Back Office by posting the total.
• Cash/cheques submitted by VSMs to cashier at end-of-day.
• Setting up DMS devices for use by VSMs when need arises.
• Daily, Weekly & monthly reporting.
