As a Data Analyst at Strategy and Operations Excellence, you’ll harness your expertise to deliver key project modules.

Your analytical foresight and drive will be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions and delivering specific workstreams through ground-breaking changes, ensuring project results go above and beyond.

This role demands savviness in sophisticated analysis, clarity in communication, and a shown proficiency in steering workstream vision to completion.

Key Performance Indicators

This role will be a technical Data Analytics role responsible for daily analytics outputs in support of the SSA Logistics Business Intelligence capability under the Strategy and Operational Excellence Department.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of reliable, on-time, efficient & high-quality data analytics solutions and professional services.

This role supports:

• Leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, enhance business performance, and foster growth opportunities.
• Transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making within DP world's SSA operations.

This role will support the SSA Logistics business leaders by leading and executing on a specific assigned focus of either of the following:

• Creation of an integrated enterprise scorecard (single source of truth) that supports the business with visibility of critical performance levers as agreed with leadership.
• Developing focused analytics products to uncover key growth opportunities in terms of markets, sectors verticals and client accounts.
• Developing practical cost/ efficiency analytics to drive insight across the key logistics supply chain domains of fleet, warehouse/ depots, fuel, drivers, and overall network efficiency.
• Other strategic objectives as business needs change.

Your role responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges
• Lead key workstreams within a project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Engage client stakeholders through interviews and workshops
• Craft in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques
• Thoughtfully communicate insights

Job Context

The position works across the SSA Logistics region to investigate strategic growth bets, support the business in defining and executing on strategic projects
