Customer Interaction & Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information on catering services, menu options, pricing, and event packages.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and professional resolution.
Order and Booking Management:
- Receive and document catering orders and event bookings.
- Confirm key event details including venue, date, guest count, menu selections, and special requests.
- Ensure all customer requirements are properly communicated to the kitchen and operations teams.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper records of client inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
- Prepare order summaries, confirmations, and assist with invoicing when necessary.
- Update customer databases and track ongoing service requests.
Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with kitchen staff, logistics personnel, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate customer expectations and special requirements to relevant departments.
