Key Deliverables

  1. Responsible for online store customer service, ensuring smooth completion of orders, including the whole process of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, such as user consultation, solving complaints and disputes, etc.
  2. Responsible for customer operations, such as keep close contact with high-quality customers, account verification, etc.;
  3. Complete monthly targets;
  4. Keep abreast of market trends, analyze the root causes of problems based on industry characteristics, and continuously improve and optimize products.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  1. Diploma or above, with experience in e-commerce customer service or those who are interested in working in the e-commerce industry in higher priority;
  2. The platform operates 24 hours a day, willing to work in rotating shifts in the office;
  3. proficient in basic office software such as word, excel;
  4. Good time management skills, careful and patient work, strong understanding and communication skills, good at analyzing and solving practical problems;
