Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Service & Support Cumulative service period of Six (6) years’relevant experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position. Diploma in Customer Care, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Proficiency in computer applications
