Curriculum Development & Implementation
- Oversee and support the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum for Early Years and Secondary levels.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure appropriate schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments are in place.
- Regularly review and update curriculum documents to reflect best practices and current developments in education.
- Ensure progression and continuity across the key stages.
Academic Oversight
- Monitor academic performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead internal audits of teaching and learning practices to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate school-wide assessments, including checkpoint exams and internal mocks.
- Teacher Support & Professional Development
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to teaching staff.
- Organize and lead professional development sessions aligned with the Cambridge framework.
- Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional quality.
Parental Engagement & Communication
- Support parent-teacher conferences and curriculum information sessions.
- Provide academic reports and updates to parents regarding student progress and curriculum changes.
- Leadership & Administration
- Work collaboratively with school leadership to align curriculum goals with the overall school vision.
- Contribute to school improvement plans, accreditation processes, and policy development.
- Maintain up-to-date records of curriculum documents, academic reports, and staff development.
