  • Conduct client verification and credit risk assessments.
  • Review financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor loan disbursements and repayment activities.
  • Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate loan records.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in credit administration, loan processing, or microfinance banking is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of credit assessment and loan management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
