Job Description

The Project Development Manager represents Acted to donors and leads the development of project proposals in line with Acted's overall strategy and country program, ensuring proper grant management. The Project Development Manager also ensures smooth internal communication and coordination with relevant departments and contributes to Acted's external communication strategy.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Product & Project Management Master's level training in a relevant field such as international relations, development or political science; Prior experience in the humanitarian field, proposal development, grant management and donor relations is required; Knowledge of the humanitarian aid system and ability to understand donor systems; Skills in external representation; Ability to coordinate and manage a team; Ability to work in a team and to build a team, ability to build capacity; Ability to work independently and creatively in a multicultural context; Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills; Ability to work effectively under pressure; Prior experience abroad is required;
