Key Deliverables

  • Support day-to-day certification and administrative processes
  • Coordinate operational activities linked to audits and certification delivery
  • Process audit documentation within defined timelines
  • Manage and respond to the central team mailbox
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep processes moving
  • Provide timely updates and support to clients
  • Assist with client registrations and ensure they are completed efficiently
  • Compile quotes and send them to clients
  • Prepare weekly reports and general team updates
  • Escalate any non-standard issues where needed

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Administrative and Support Services >1 years’ experience in administration or customer service A post-matric qualification in business, administration, or customer service Strong communication skills and a professional approach Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Confidence using Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A problem-solving mindset and willingness to escalate issues when needed A flexible, team-focused approach Other details Based in Stellenbosch (hybrid working) Office attendance required around 3 days per week Initial training is completed on-site
