Key Deliverables

  • Assist the Project Manager in the contractual management of the project (FIDIC Red Book 2017).
  • Participate in the drafting and monitoring of contractual correspondence (letters, notifications, reports).
  • Monitor execution and payment deadlines, contractual deadlines and claim files.
  • Identify and analyze contractual and operational risks.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of internal procedures (reporting, monitoring of amendments, traceability).
  • Participate in the training and awareness-raising of work teams on contractual aspects.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Young engineer (Building, Public Works, Civil Engineering or equivalent).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management or work monitoring.
  • Interest in contracts and risk management.
  • Prior experience with FIDIC Red is necessary to fully understand the role. Obtaining a FIDIC Module 1 and 2 training certificate from an accredited organization would be an asset.
  • Good writing skills in French.
  • Analytical mind, rigor, curiosity, taste for teamwork.
  • Fluent French (English preferred).
