Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our construction team.
  • This role is essential to strengthening the security architecture at our construction sites.
  • You will be responsible for safeguarding company property, monitoring site activities, and supporting site operations through basic access control and reporting duties.

Key Deliverables

  • Monitor and control entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
  • Conduct regular patrols across the construction site.
  • Record all visitors, incidents, and deliveries in a site logbook.
  • Deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
  • Support enforcement of site safety and operational procedures.
  • Report security incidents promptly to site supervisor or admin.
  • Check identification and ensure only authorized persons access restricted zones.
  • Monitor movement of materials to prevent loss or unauthorized removal.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Ability to read and write simple English.
  • Physically fit and willing to patrol large areas on foot.
  • Trustworthy, alert, and professional in conduct.
  • Willing to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must live near the construction site or be willing to relocate.
  • Prior security experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Basic awareness of construction site safety.
  • Calm under pressure with good observation skills.
  • Presentable, respectful, and disciplined.

Working Conditions:

  • Outdoor construction site environment.
