Construction Helpers - UAE (open to Kenyans and Tanzanians)

Our client, a reputable recruitment company based in the UAE, is seeking Construction Helpers/Building Labourers/General Labourers (Outdoor) to support construction operations at various client sites. 

THE JOB: 

As a Construction Helper, you will assist in various outdoor construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and general labour duties. Prior construction experience is mandatory.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• Period of Employment: 2 Years (Renewable)  
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week  
• Accommodation, Transport, Medical Insurance, Emirates ID, ILOE Insurance: Provided by the company  

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of AED 1,139- 1,239, which includes: 

• Basic Salary: AED 700 
• Food Allowance: AED 200 (if food is provided) or AED 300 (if food is not provided) 
• Overtime Compensation: AED 189 for 52 hours/month 
• Attendance Bonus: AED 50 for consistent attendance without additional days off
