Job Description

  • The Community Outreach Officer will represent Brilliance Homecare Limited across Lagos communities, build referral partnerships, engage families, and support client acquisition.
  • The role involves field visits, relationship building, brand representation, and structured reporting.

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct outreach visits to hospitals, churches, clinics, pharmacies, and community groups.
  • Build referral relationships with nurses, pastors, social workers, and local leaders.
  • Engage families and clearly explain Brilliance Homecare’s services.
  • Generate leads and support client acquisition targets.
  • Submit daily outreach activity reports.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s UK-standard care values.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and planning sessions.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum OND / HND / BSc in any field.
  • Preferred fields: Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or related disciplines.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in community engagement, field marketing, outreach, customer service, sales, NGO work, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with hospitals, churches, or community groups is an added advantage.
  • Previous client-facing or referral-generation experience is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside in Lagos.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned communities.
  • Must be honest, reliable, and able to represent the brand professionally.
  • Must have an active smartphone for communication and reporting.
  • Must be available for immediate employment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident public speaking and community engagement ability.
  • Good organisational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
