  • Handle influencer management, including identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values.
  • Execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with like-minded organizations on mutually beneficial initiatives and partnerships.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relation At least 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role. Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar customer service management software.

  • Excellent emotional intelligence, with a diplomatic and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
