- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, shareholders agreements, Joint venture agreement, power purchase agreement, share sale and purchase agreement, loan agreement and other types of commercial agreement.
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent writing skills
- Being a Chartered Secretary would be an advantage
- In depth experience in handling commercial transactions, writing opinions etc
- Excellent research skills
- Must be very thorough and diligent
- Must have the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent oral communication skills; ability to speak well and confidently.

| Law/Legal and Development | A good academic qualification with at least a second-class upper degree from a recognised university and the Nigerian Law School. Relevant post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage. Must have minimum of 5 years post call experience and 5 years active transactional agreement. Must have experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring Personal qualities required: Team-working ability. Coaching and Mentoring ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good Marketing skills. Ability to meet up with deadlines. Ability to work without supervision. |
