Key Deliverables

  • Monitor Systems: Perform real-time system checks on servers, data processing activities, and connectivity.
  • Alert Management: Recognize and escalate system alerts within set timelines (SLA/OLA).
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to servers, data, and connectivity.
  • Incident Management: Manage and document incidents, following escalation procedures when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-incident reviews and identify areas for improvement.
 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Service & Support Qualification and Certification: Bachelor Degree Computer Science or similar is advantageous Years of (relevant) Experience: Graduates are encouraged to apply Between 6 months to 1 year years of experience in technical support or IT operations is advantageous Professional Expertise Understanding of systems monitoring Understand the EFT Switching environment Understand the Batch processing environment Understand the different file movement protocol (SFTP, XCOM, CD etc.) Proficiency in identifying alerts and following troubleshooting procedures.
