We are recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring precision in production processes, and maintaining quality standards in a factory-based environment. Contract Details
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance and employer requirements)
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Visa Type: Work and Residence Permit
  • Visa Processing Time: Approximately 3–6 months
  • Accommodation: Free accommodation provided near the workplace

Key Deliverables

  1. Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently in a factory environment
  2. Read and interpret technical drawings and machine instructions

  5. Maintain production records and report any machine faults
  6. Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  1. Male candidates aged 25–40 years
  2. Minimum 2 years' professional experience as a CNC Machine Operator
  3. Experience with wood CNC machines is a strong advantage
  4. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Operations, or a related technical field
  5. Ability to provide video evidence demonstrating previous CNC work and technical skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  7. Willingness to learn company-specific machinery and procedures
  8. Adaptability to a new working environment in Greece
  9. Financial readiness to cater for relocation expenses

Special Benefits for this Position

  1. Net Salary: €1,000 per month
  2. Approximate Equivalent: KES 152,000 per month
